Natsolv AQ - Industrial Citrus Degreaser

1 litre degreaser, 5 litre degreaser, 25 litre degreaser, 205 litre degreaser, 1000 litre degreaser

Natsolv is an extremely powerful citrus based industrial degreaser, it utilises the natural terpenes found in oranges to quickly and effectively break down stains and oils. A little Natsolv goes a long way and should be diluted with water to give the appropriate strength for any job

Usage

Step 1 – Apply the Natsolv to the contamination using a mop, brush, wipe, spray or as a dip.

Step 2 – Increased contact time will allow the Natsolv to break down the contaminant, we recommend waiting between 5-15 minutes depending on the type and extent of contamination.

Step 3 – Work into resistant soiling with a broom, brush, scrubber etc. to help remove the contaminant.

Step 4 – Rinse the area with water to remove the contaminant and any excess Natsolv, collect and dispose of the wash water in line with legal requirements.

Repeat all steps as necessary - multi-stage cleaning may be necessary on ingrained contamination and will gradually reduce residues.

Machinery: Natsolv can be used through a range of industrial machinery designed for use with aqueous cleaners such as jet washers, road sweepers, steamers and floor cleaning machinery (including carpet cleaners).

Common Compatible Surfaces

This product does not adversely affect metals (dry manually to avoid rusting), ceramics, concrete, brick, composite plastics, acrylics, wood, glass, fabrics, carpets, kitchen surfaces or upholstery. Care should be taken with rubber (seals etc.) For heavy duty grade, please contact your supplier for a Seal Compatibility Sheet.

Common Contaminants

Natsolv can be used to break down a vast range of contamination including diesel, petrol, tar, grease, carbon, waxes, animal fats, vegetable oil, gear oil, adhesives, bitumen, HFO, orimulsion, circuit board flux, uncured paint, varnish and oil based paint, medium gravity oils (hydraulic, engine etc.).

The above listings are by no means complete and are only a guideline to the versatility of the active ingredients.

Recommended usage and dilution rates

Natsolv comes in 3 concentrations and all 3 can be diluted to the appropriate strength for any job.

We recommend efficacy testing the product at different dilutions to find a strength proportionate to your needs.

For surfaces which are unlikely to be damaged by the Natsolv (e.g. hard surfaces) start with a neat solution and dilute down until the product becomes ineffective. This will identify the most economic concentration for repeated usage.

For surfaces which may be damaged by the Natsolv (e.g. carpets) we recommend starting with a very dilute solution and adding concentrate to find a strength which provides adequate cleaning power without damaging the substrate.

Typical uses for Industrial Strength Natsolv: Removal of light industrial soils, removal of iridescence, removal of slip hazards (flushing with water required), general industrial cleaning (floors etc.).

Typical uses for Heavy Duty Industrial Strength Natsolv: Cleaning of heavy industrial soils, cleaning recent oil contamination, dip cleaning parts.

Typical uses for Ultra Duty Industrial Strength Natsolv: Removal of ingrained dirt and debris, removal of wax and fat build ups, cleaning of heavy oils.
